When a bet is voided
A wager is voided when the underlying event is cancelled, postponed beyond 48 hours, or a market is settled incorrectly by the odds provider.
Rebate handling
- Stake is returned to the user balance within 15 minutes
- Any loss-back bonus tied to that stake is reversed proportionally
- Free bet stakes are not refunded to withdrawable balance, they return as a new free bet token
Edge cases
If a bet is part of a parlay/accumulator and one leg voids, the leg is removed and odds recalculated rather than voiding the full slip.
